Very professional and reasonable pricing

Green Valley Estates Villas is a 124 unit community. A couple of years ago, our Community Clubhouse and Pool Area were continually used by people who did not reside in the Community. Unfortunately, lost or misplaced keys were an ongoing issue; residents had loaned their keys to friends; and former residents who moved out years ago, were still using and sometimes abusing the facility. Due to the technical expertise and industry reputation, we engaged with Surveillance Technology. Their solution was simple, effective and most importantly, provided an immediate, positive result. They installed video surveillance and an access card system. The old keys were useless. Due to the installation from STI, we are now aware who accesses our premises, when it is accessed (time/date) and where it is accessed (specifically which gate/door). Most of all, our 24/7 staff can view the video remotely from anywhere as it becomes necessary. In 2017, the Community will expand security throughout the rest of the property. I've used Surveillance Technology for 10 years. The equipment they have provided has been great, and if and when there is a service issue, they are there to fix it very quickly. Installation of cameras is well done and explanation of new equipment is explained very well. I highly recommend them.

We have had a relationship with them for about 4 years now, they provide excellent service and listen to all of your needs. They listen to customer and take the customer's needs into account to come up with a solution that me works for the customer. They don't force any solutions on you but want to make sure the solution works for you! They provide excellent customer service and they are a great company!
