From start to finish, he was thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in his work. One thing that really stood out was his attention to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that the finished tile work looked clean, precise, and professional. He was also extremely clean and respectful of my home throughout the project, which made the entire experience much less stressful. On top of his workmanship, Dan was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy. I would absolutely hire Dan and Sustainable Builders LLC again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builder.

I hired Sustainable Builders to remodel our main floor bathroom and it turned out better than we could have expected! We weren't sure of the exact materials we wanted to use, but Dan found us a combination of natural stone and tile that worked great together. The guys were super friendly and their workmanship is next level. Will definitely have them back if we do any more projects.

Dan and his crew with Sustainable Builders went above and beyond across a large variety of projects to help prepare a cabin property on Camano Island for short-term rental. ALL of the work was done to a high bar with high-quality materials at prices that were competitive or below what was quoted by other vendors. I appreciated that they were willing to tackle everything from the big projects I needed done to smaller fit & finish work that some vendors might turn away. Some of the most valuable work included: building an extension to a deck and engineering support that would allow it to hold a hot tub, a full stain and re-paint of a large deck and all railings, designing and installing a beautiful custom wall-mounted murphy table, helping install railings and accessibility features throughout the cabin, and helping rehabilitate and beautify the land. Fast and thorough communicators with great prices. I would trust this team with any and all construction and handyman work I need.

Dan performed advanced HVAC, Framing, Kitchen Remodeling including acrylics. He was working inside the house, and outside the house, and even was able to replace some chipped Italian tile and marble in the bathroom very nice aesthetic

Excellent tile installation from start to finish! The crew arrived on time and took the necessary preparation steps to protect my home. Their attention to detail with the tile layout, spacing, and grout work was exceptional. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and finished right on schedule. The end result looks incredibly sharp and professional. I highly recommend them for any tile work!

We had a front door that needed significant improvement to function properly. Danny did amazing work on this job as you cannot tell that the door was ever repaired. It is as good as new would be! Daniel gave a free estimate for drywall project at our chiropractic office and told us it would be done in 3 days and he and his team DELIVERED. He has done several home repairs for us as well, including flooring installation, demolition and outdoor patio/deck work. His quotes are very reasonable and competitive. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Dan was absolutely delightful to work with - highly skilled, great design ideas, efficient, kind, respectful, good communication, reliable, and all-around great workmanship. On top of that, very reasonable costs and open communication every step of the way about options, issues, and charges. I don't know that I would have ever called a bathroom remodel "fun," but it was definitely fun working with Dan. Top notch all the way around!!
