Do not use this company. Installed grossly incorrect AC system which was completely incompatible and never worked. Chris would not install the correctly compatible equipment and made ridiculous excuses for two years before he finally just stopped returning calls. Made excuses and lied,, as he knew better and is experienced enough to know he made a mistake. His response was to lie, make excuses, and finally just disappear. This cost me $13,500.00 to correct his negligence, so please consider carefully.

The price for boiler and install was better than other vendors. Chris was willing to answer questions via email. They were able to install the same week. Chris came over the next week to look at an issue we had that ended up being operator error on our part on existing parts of our in floor heating system. Great response, great service. Highly recommend.

It worked

At first he was very professional but for 3 months told us he was going to show up and never showed up had us buy equipment told us he'd install it and he never showed. I understand people are busy but to not even respond is unprofessional.

If you need HVAC work, get ahold of Sustainable because I believe they are the best in their field. You won’t be disappointed.

If you need a new furnace or A/C, you will not find a better company than Sustainable Heating & Cooling! Replacing my HVAC was part of an ongoing renovation. I had at least a dozen different contractors bid this job. Chris was the most professional, most knowledgeable, & most thorough of them all. He was very patient to answer ALL my questions before, during & after! His prices are more than fair, but beyond that, the value of his work & expertise far outweigh the cost!

I can't rate the value for money accurately as Chris has yet to send us a bill! I'm hoping this gets back to him so he can settle up with us! From what I read, he is reasonable with his rates!

Before we hired Chris to install the ducts and the new furnace during our remodel project, we talked to two other companies, and the representatives of those two companies not only was asking about 30% more than what Chris offered, but those sales reps did not have a clear idea about what to do. They were more interested in selling us their so-called ���top-notch��� products instead of really solving the problem at our house. Chris not only knew exactly what needed to be done but also offered a rather reasonable price compared to the other two companies. In addition, he also did an excellent job in the installation with superb customer service. When the city inspector came for the inspection, even he said that Chris is one of those few people who know what they are doing. So, if you���re looking for someone to do heating and air-conditioning work at your house, call Chris. You won���t be disappointed. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
