Sustainable Roofing Technologies (SRT) is a Florida state-certified commercial roofing contractor (License CCC 058272), founded in 2015 by Paul Murphy, a 30+ year industry veteran. We serve commercial and industrial property owners across Florida and the Florida Keys from offices in West Palm Beach, Tampa, and Bradenton. Services include re-roofing and replacement, repairs, silicone and acrylic coatings, waterproofing, commercial painting, concrete restoration, parking lot maintenance, water mitigation, and 24/7 disaster response. We serve hotels, condos, shopping centers, warehouses, cold storage, healthcare, schools, and houses of worship. Authorized installer for GAF, Firestone, Sika, Johns Manville, and Tremco.
