Vicky Sut was very efficient, showed up precisely on time, was delightfully pleasant, and did a WONDEFUL job cleaning a villa that had been vacant for six months!!!! I would definitely use her again!!!!!

Henryk’s work was good. My only complaint was that he was forgetful of what hw was suppose to do and of our appointments. If you are on top of this with him, he was very pleasant and conscientious of the work he needed to do and did a good job

It was a last minute project and they did a fantastic job! The three ladies showed up to clean and the house was spotless.

This company was the first response for my project. We made an appointment for a estimate. He did not show at the appointed time and did not call to say he was held up.. I called him and was told that he was stuck at his previous job. We made a later appointment which he kept. We agreed on a price for the work and he was to return on Thursday at 3 PM. At 4:30 I called and got his voice mail and left a message. Today is Saturday and I have had no response. I would not use this company as they have proven unreliable.

Me Sut was great with the completed project as well as keeping me informed of progress. He completed the job in two days. The soffit overhang looks new. I am very pleased with his work.

These ladies worked from the moment they arrived until they left...none of the usual talking on the phone and extensive cigarette breaks from this crew!!!

Henryk kept to his schedule, and upon arrival went right to work. He patched a section of fencing, repaired two panes of glass in my front door, and several cabinet doors/drawers in my kitchen. The results are impressive, and even more important, brought a smile to my wife's face. I would most definitely hire him again, and probably will as this is an older house and frequently needs repair.

You can tell he is experienced. Great ideas and finds way to save things to save money. Mature, very knowledgeable, hard working, dependable and honest. Will continue to use.

Put up drapery rod. Middle bracket a little higher than 2 outside ones, Son redid that one. One of the screws did not have a anchor for the screw, Otherwise good and was reasonable price,

He was friendly and did a good job. If I have anymore handyman needs I will contact him.

He came late. He rehung the Cabinet doors wrong. He somehow managed to break off the bottom on the cabinet base in several places and just left it that way and one section of the black molding was broken off and gave it to me to glue on. He left the trash here for me to dump. I do not want him back here . And the reason I did not say anything to him at the time was because the cabinet doors were left open for paint to dry and hid the damage he had done. The next day when I closed the cabinet doors I saw the problems and was going to stop the payment of the check I gave him but it had been cashed

I think they did a very good job overall-few spots missed nothing major- I am extremely picky. The only thing I didn't like was when hired on phone I was quoted $25 an hr then husband & wife show up & suddenly it's $100 for 2 hours work. The house was clean to begin with- bathtub was only real job. I have people coming to stay so I wanted it beyond perfect. As I normally do myself but I've had an injury . I'd hire again but recommend they are upfront with their pricing @ beginning . I found that sneaky. Just say "it's $50 an hr." Thank you!

Installed bathroom vanity and removed Pedestal sink. Had to call plumber the next day because drain pipe leaked. Also did not calk where baseboard had been cut. Friendly guy but always seemed rushed.

very professional and very hardworking. They are there when they say they will be and don't stop till the job is done! I would definitely recommend Sut, Inc. I have already called on them to do further jobs.
