"Scott, I always aim to ensure customer satisfaction regardless of the situation and I want to emphasize what I understood that happened during our interaction. A report was under criminal investigation for attempting to cheat the insurance company and I was advised by his insurance company that Scott needed to comply and pay what he owed and has not. I have reported him to the police and have documented his insurance fraud, he seemed to make it difficult for me to help him as I tried to get reassurance from him that he would be honest and straight regarding the services we agreed to and that I offered. While trying to compromise with the fiance, there was a bit of discrepancy in relation to the agreement. It was originally agreed that I did not install the drip edge, replace the R&R rain cap or comb and straighten the AC condenser, but after being confronted with the complaint, the agreement was to also not only do those things but I also sent out a crew of painters to complete additional work outside of the prerequisites of the original contract and agreement. Going well above and beyond for this family in attempts to resolve any challenges that they saw needed to be corrected. There are limited things I could have done for this individual, and I think that I had handled it in the most efficient and professional way possible."
