They don't disappear after installing your air conditioner. They stick around, in the long run, to ensure your air conditioner is ready for each season. They also cleaned out the house vent system. They gave me pictures to see what it looked like up there before and after. Employees were clean looking and respectful of my property and each other. They were also able to answer my questions.

Very timely and got the issue resolved on the first try.

Arrived on time. He let me know what he was going to do, took pictures, checked everything I asked him to check. Explained what he could do to solve a problem I had previously and solved the problem of overflow. Was very professional and willing to answer my questions to my satisfaction. Picked up the part I needed and made another trip to install it. Really went out of his way to do everything I asked and wanted done. Besides, He was very nice looking and very kind. I have used Suttle for years and will continue to do so. Their prices are very reasonable. Two times I have asked them to come out in an emergency and they were here within 30 minutes. Extremely professional from beginning to end! The installation of the dryer vent and ductwork was completed in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. James took pictures from beginning of estimate to the end of the job, as we were out of town. Great customer service!

I used Suttle Air to clean the air conditioning ducts. The technician arrived on schedule, did the work with no fuss, and left the premises clean. The charge for the service was very reasonable.

I had new ducts, AC and thermostat installed. Wonderful company to work with they are communicative, respectful, and responsive. Their work is quality and their respect for their team members impressive. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

They first made sure that I had cool air (by adding some gas) till the repair could be done. Then on repair day the tech did a thorough job of testing and diagnosing the system. Eventually narrowing down and effecting a repair. I am very happy with the service.
