Everything was great — rugs look wonderful and the repairs were reasonable too. Slight snafu at drop off when no one called to let me know they were coming.. but all worked out!

The professional who was doing the carpet cleaning paid. attention to the areas I wanted addressed and did a good job. He came early to see what was needed. Good customer service skills. Very pleased with the job that was done. Would use them again.

I received a call from Diane. She is responsive, kind, and committed to the end goal. I had over 1,000+ questions and we chatted back and forth everyday. She is very patient, reliable and quick to respond. If I asked for a photo, she did that. The day of install, everyone was prompt and eager to get the job done. More importantly, every single person was extremely kind and respectful with a smile on their faces! Usually the workers are annoyed when owners ask questions, but these workers were so happy to help and attentive. I was worried about getting dirt in the new carpet so they did all the work with their shoes off! They did not stop for lunch or water break. They listened to my fears that the curved steps carpet pattern will not align with the straight steps but they matched it! They cleaned the house and it was spotless. We exchanged stories of our families and I will miss them. I will be a lifetime customer to Sutton Carpet! Can’t recommend enough!

Happy return customer here. My rugs were handled and cleaned well, and their delivery and pick-up was easy. The office is a little loose with dates and paperwork, but I I think that is reflected in their reasonable pricing. Thank you, Diane
