I had requested a quote from another highly reviewed garage door company who said I needed to have multiple parts replaced and wanted to charge $1350. I contacted Sam (owner at Swain) for a second opinion and he said my problem sounded like a much simpler fix. He came out the next day and fixed the issue for $250. Very honest, professional, and did great work!

Sam was great. No nonsense. He knew what needed to be done and got right to work. A couple of hours later, he was done! Perfectly fixed.

Sam responded to my request within a few minutes after I submitted it and was able to repair my garage door the next morning. He was very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything he repaired, tested the garage door several times, and even made sure I knew how everything worked. His expertise was obvious. This is especially true compared to the last time my garage door was repaired by someone else. It now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I was impressed by Sam and the great job he did. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Swain Garage Doors. Sam, the owner, answered my calls quickly and came over promptly to provide a free estimate for repair work to a damaged garage door. Sam assessed the problem and offered 3 viable options for repair. I talked through each option with Sam and he provided an honest assessment of the pros and cons of each option. As with all home repairs, I entertained estimates from other providers. Sam was reasonably priced in comparison to his competitors. And frankly, I felt like Sam earned my business with his integrity and professionalism. After winning my business, Sam came out to perform the repair work. Everything looks and works great! In addition, as Sam was testing out his repair, he troubleshot a separate and unrelated issue with the door sensors. (I was aware that they had not been working for a while but didn’t know why.) He offered to perform the additional repair -replacing the faulty sensors

I'm so impressed with the service I received from Sam Swain garage doors. First time I called , my call was answered immediately. After discovering that my garage door tension spring broke, I reached out for help. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was a relief. Sam arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what needed to be done. At this point I decided to have both doors replaced with new hardware and tension springs. He didn't have the right size springs but went out to get them so he could do the repair that day. The repair was completed efficiently, and he even took time to inspect and tune up other parts. My garage doors work like new, and I'm so grateful to Sam Swain. I'll definitely be recommending Sam to family and friends.
