"Don T. is not the homeowner, he is the father of Ashley the homeowner. Ashley paid for the painting project and totally approved the painting of her home. Don wanted the home to be painted with an eggshell sheen, his daughter chose a flat finish which we used and she praised the quality of our work on a daily basis. Sadly, Don has control issues and was upset that his wishes were not carried out. As you can see, Swale Interiors has 59 five-star reviews out of 72. Don chose to punish my company by giving us a bad review. We wish him well. Swale, the owner of Swale Interiors."

Swale and Ruben came to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. We had just closed on our home and had limited time frame for painting before we moved in. Their quote was in line with 2 others that came out, but they seemed so much more concerned with the quality of their work. They literally started in my home the morning of Thanksgiving and worked all through the weekend. Where can you find that?! AMAZING! The site was left clean and the painting was fabulous. We had some dark rooms that we were converting to a light beigeneedless to say, they had their work cut out for them! We had most of the home repainted, including living room (with 18 ft ceiling), kitchen, dining, office, 4 bathrooms, master bedroom, 1 additional bedroom, foyer area, and upstairs hallway. They also revarished our wooden front door and it looks brand new! They finished 2 days ahead of schedule, due to working through the weekend. Swale came out to do a final walk through with me before I paid him. I thought that was a nice touch. If you want good, dependable service with superb workmanship, Id recommend Swale Finley.

We consulted Swale about the best choice of colors. He was extremely helpful and gave reasons for suggested choices. When the appointed date for the painting was to begin unfortunately Swale was not the Supervisor because of special therapy. We were introduced to the new supervisor. The painters were quiet when working and in general complied with several requests. Over all the painting project was satisfactory. Now the home looks like a new home with a decorators touch. Would use this company again.

Did a wonderful job painting the interior of our home, including all walls, cabinets, and trim. They also did some flooring work for us as well. They work quickly and do high quality work. Swale and Ruben are easily accessible and very flexible with scheduling and any changes that come up. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Again, please check behind them. There were places skipped. There should have been two coates applied and there was not. I had my entire house done and ended up repainting two rooms and one wall myself. They could not exactly match the color I wanted. I tried to tell them it did not match. But after the reprinting that I did, I decided, you paid the money, so I just couldn't do any more. I am still retouching. As I find things, I fix it. All the painters I ever seen use tape. They did not. My door handles have paint on them. I still can't removed the old based paint. It was a lesson. I wish I could insert the photos. They were to return to paint the new base boards I had installed after the floor was put in. I did not call them back.

When you attempt to match latex paint on a wall that is over [10] years old and faded...the freshness of the new paint will never match the old. Mrs. Wheeler was having new floors installed and told the crew, "Don't worry about the remaining touch-ups, you can finish that when you return to paint the base trim." The day we left Mrs. ( consumer name withheld per their request told us she was thrilled with the way her home looked."

Make sure you know exactly the colors you want for your room(s). This is a must. We ended up paying extra money to redo a room on a poorly recommended color. I'm addition, inspect the work they do each day. We found several places in which paint had dripped onto our counters and tiles in the bathroom. They also left a shoe-print by one of the painters on our wooden stairs, while putting on resin. Painter's tape is not used, so be sure to also check outlet covers for paint, and that they use two coats everywhere. They are very friendly though, and will work with you.

When they decided one of their color choices was not appropriate we immediately let them choose another color and repainted the space. The added charge was only for the cost of new paint. My house had been on the market for sale about 45 days. I had a lot of interest but no closed deal. I had painted the interior myself, I'm not a pro and it was obvious. I was not pleased with it actually. Realtors and others advised me to leave it, that a better paint job would add no value to the sale. I opted next for FSBO and started looking for ways to improve the house presentation. I looked online for a painting contractor and spoke to a few. I then saw Swale Interiors and gave a call. Swale came right out. I saw he was not just a painting contractor but a solution partner and professional decorator. He looked at the existing floors, tile and the home as whole and suggested a color scheme. I decided to hire them. The first day there was a slight issue with one of the workers in which I did not appreciate. I called Swale and resolution was speedy. The next morning a professional crew was in place. The second day I had a number of people stop by to see the house. I told them it was work in progress. Before the painting was finished I had a buyer. Swale knew I wanted to finish ASAP. They finished two days ahead of schedule with splendid results. The rich colors and quality are impeccable. Yes, it was an added expense. Was the painting and sale a coincidence? I think not.
