Juan made beautiful bookshelving in two places in my condo and also a standalone kitchen cabinet with shelf-drawers that glide out for spices etc (about 3 years ago--I just discovered that I hadn't left a review on this particular site). Very durable and handsome work, admired by everyone who's seen it, including a friend who repairs wooden musical instruments (cellos, guitars) and furniture. On top of that Juan was affable, patient and easy to work with. I'm hoping to get him to do more work in my kitchen soon!

Juan is a great person, friendly, generous and helpful: he goes above and beyond. He built in several bookshelves for me and also built a kitchen cabinet--the work is beautiful, sturdy, very well crafted. It took a while to get it all done, partly because I live a long way from Swampscott, in Cambridge, and we had some severe winter weather, but it was really worth it. I've had a lot of cabinetry done in my apartment over the last 28 years, but Juan's work is my favorite.

Juan was warm, communicative, established my confidence in inviting a new vendor into my home, and did a great job, quickly and with no inconvenience to me. He was even able to help solve an unrelated problem by referring me to someone who could help. Cost was as quoted and quite reasonable. Definitely would recommend and hire again.
