Nt only did they cancel on me last minute, but they tried sending another person without telling me after i went ahead and did the job myself. When I told them I didn't need their services, the lady on the phone became rude and insisted that I take their person that I didn't need - BECAUE THEY HAD CANCELLED - she was trying to intimidate me - shame on this business

They were very adaptable. We had not told them we had bars on the windows and they were fine with that. And my husband was able to remove three screens and then they were able to clean those in addition.
