Swantek repair service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a refrigerator repair and experienced delays from the start. I was promised a Tuesday appointment between 8 AM?12 PM, then told at 1 PM someone could arrive by 2 PM. No one showed. I rescheduled for Friday, same time window, and the technician arrived around 5 PM. The technician checked my breaker box, unplugged the refrigerator, and told me to wait 15 minutes before plugging it back in. He claimed it was likely the circuit board but did no real troubleshooting. He never removed the back panel, inspected components, cleaned the heavily dust-covered coils, or checked the fan. After paying for essentially nothing, I removed the panel myself, found the fan wasn?t running, and used the manufacturer?s diagnostic guide to identify a fan-related error code?not a circuit board issue. I was also overcharged and met with poor customer service when I called. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

Technician came out multiple times for several hours. Ultimately was unable to repair unit and I had to replace but no charges for the failed repair.

Professional was knowledgeable and helpful

Adam did a thorough job on fixing our dryer's heating element. He saw that our washer hoses were leaking, and he offered to come back another day and replace those, too.

The technician (Adam) was great, he troubleshot the issue with our washing machine, picked up parts and completed the repairs in the same day. I will definatley use Swantek for any other appliance repairs we need.

Swantek was very professional and they keep me in the loop with the progress of my repair. The technician was wonderful. Adam made me feel like everything was going to be alright on Christmas Eve because I had to cook.

Adam was excellent. He asked what it was doing, ruling out several things, explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. This is an older gas oven. He came back the next day with the part, installed it, and we're baking again. Great job Adam!

Gregg, was excellent repairing my refrigerator. He came the same day I called to assess my situation. Ordered a part and came to install it the day he received. He added life to my unit and was very pleasant working with me. I recommend their service and will again if I have any issues.
