I am not able to go into the attic or use the steps. I will not personally open the door to see the work that was performed. I have no idea what it looks like up there as I have not been able to see it. I can only rate the quality of the work performed by the door, and I cannot use the door. That is why my ratings are low. I had a local carpenter come over & look at the door & he told me it needed to be replaced. The door will not close properly. I have sent pictures to the guy who did the insulation work & I am trying to get the problem resolved. The door is not fixable.
