Hired them for a tree removal and stump grinding well tree was dropped in place and not cut up like we discussed then 10 out of 13 stumps not below ground level they just spread grinding over top of stumps told owner 2 times when saw him never showed up to fix the problem and worse part is broke lawnmower due to stumps above ground level 2 blades and one hub so furthermore I would hire someone else big company or individual who will make things right

Good service. The crew worked pretty quickly, did all I asked and cleaned up after finishing.

They showed up gave a bid and completion date. Missed the completion date by a day. Did not clean up, tore yard up left a mess. Tore our gravel drive way up! Got truck stuck, local farmer pulled them out. My husband told them to wet to start, they ensured him their trucks could do it. Was to grind out stumps. Cleaned up to 2 stumps really good, left 4 a mess and 2 unfinished. We called the main boss Brandon to tell him what a mess we had. Left a message. He called back several days later stated he had phone issues. He said he would come look at the site on June 23. We stayed home all day waiting and he never showed up. Today is the 26th and still have not heard from him. We are going to have to hire another company to come finish this project. We had one tree trimmed, and 8 removed. This company was not the cheapest bid, but had 7 good reviews so hired them A HUGE MISTAKE. All I can think of is they must have different crews they send out. Why did we PAY!!!! I am disabled confined to a wheelchair, the last day the Boss on site came he was angry because he was here, stated he lost money on this project due to extra day and the rental of the stump grinder and had to have the grinder back before 1. They were to be here until 5 and was wanting paid at 12:30. I was unable to check the site myself and my husband was at work. It wasn't until he got home he discovered all the unfinished work.
