Initial experience was very good. Primary goal was clean and seal patio, but we also used them to clean screens, pressure wash, and some light paver repair. They worked around weather issues to complete the job in a timely fashion. The issue I have is with the quality of the seal job. In only about 6-9 months, we began to see weeds growing throughout the patio. My expectation would be at least 12-18 months, if not longer.

This team came and completed the job I had contracted for on a day witch was much less than amiable. They called and were on top of the weather as much as possible. They arrived and competed the job even though I didnâ t think they could. My husband and I were very impressed by their professionalism as well as there â we will get this doneâ attitude! At least the third time using SWASH INC. for my House, Drive and Sidewalk. If you need Pressure Cleaning or Soft Wash on any area of your residence, including for Wasp Nest issues, it all will definitely come out with the SWASH ... my "GO TO Company" to keep my home and property presentable. Eric did an excellent job on my roof. Looks like new. Very profesional on actitud and recomendations . Even he help us to move away all our planters, and we have many, and he covered our vegetables raised planter and our hibiscus bush. When he finished the job, nothing was left behind . They cleaned and sealed our driveway pavers. Months after the job a few weeds were coming through, even though they state that sealing doesn t prevent weeds but inhibits them, they came out twice, the second time they came out after working all day on another job they still made it a point to come and reseal those areas. I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond what they had to do

Great experience with Swash. Nicolette immediately quoted a price over the phone, beating other quotes. Nicolette was very courteous and professional. Eric completed the pressure washing and the work was exceptional. The work was scheduled promptly and Eric arrived as promised. Eric and Veronica did an awesome job! They pressure washed the roof, cleaned the gutters, and pressure washed the patio, exterior walls, gutters, sidewalk and driveway. They left everything in pristine conditions. I was considering painting the exterior walls, but it will not be necessary now. Thank you! Eric phoned to let me know when they were coming and they arrived on time. Eric took the time to explain what he was going to do, and was very receptive to my concerns and questions. I highly recommend Swash Inc.
