I really can't say enough good things. This is the company you want at your back in an emergency. Not only are they just good people but their expertise is undeniable. In my case, they saved me over $1300 in unnecessary work that another company wanted to do -- and explained why that work wouldn't actually fix the root cause of the problem. Got a problem? The work was done in a timely manner and everything was nice and neat. The cost did exceed the estimate by a few hundred dollars due to extra electrical work needed.

Quoted and was told all details but did not do what they said. Over price for the little work that was done. I found the vents at Lowes they said they was obsolete had be special made. 12x4 and 12x6 both in store in Lowe and in Walmart. You did not find any there. Why you never looked are did not care.

"We hate these situations. We never promised those things. We did exactly what we said we were going to do. If you had it in writing which you don't we would have done it. We also did what we said we were going to do plus more. I also cut prices to help your needs and ask you exactly what you wanted. We always try to do our best. But you will not always please everyone I just do not appreciate the unjust and untrue statements"
