I cannot say enough great things about Ryan, and his business (West Michigan Radon Removal, LLC). He was the first business to reach out to me after a few hours of my application with Angie. A few more business followed after his call with similar or higher quotes. I've always supported local businesses in lieu of Corporate because, from my experience, Corporate charges more for less care than a self employed owner that cares about his work and reputation. That is exactly what I was met with throughout my experience with Ryan. For an understandable price, he was in and out within shy of a couple of hours! No mess left behind. He found a way to work with our quirky basement set up and explained his decisions along the way. In the end, when it was time to pay, he was extremely patient with is as we had to call our financial institution due to a card problem. Your dollar and home will be greatly cared for if you go with Ryan and his business. I will be recommending WMRR LLC to everyone!

He showed up on time, he was clean, neat and respectful. He knew what to do and how to do it. He accomplished the job in a timely manner. The only thing that was not a 10 out of 10 would be his installing the roof boot on my Radon Mitigation through roof pipe. I my opinion he should have had a hole saw and curved shingle blades for his knife and then a large flat blade knife to easily pry shingles loose prior to installing the boot and then an actual hammer to pound the nails down along with installing a few more hold downs and "Black Jacking/roof tar" on all exposed nail heads and around the boot. But I would hire this man again, no hesitation.

I recommend this business. The work was done quickly and professionally, and at a fair price. Even better, shortly after the system was installed radon levels dropped significantly. Still going to do long term monitoring but I trust that the problem has been solved.

I had a great experience with West Michigan Radon Removal! Ryan did a great job with our install. Made everything look very finished. We had to have 2 taps in our basement because of an addition with footing on our home. He was able to bore through our old foundation wall and hide a tap under a basement vanity. Everything turned out great! He did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it. Great job!

Ryan was great! I had some hesitations about radon mitigation in an older home and Ryan assured me it would be no problem. He was honest and straight forward with how to tackle the issue, and didn’t hard sell on doing every possible thing, but made his suggestion to try the mitigation system, then seeing where the levels tested to determine if next steps were necessary. He did great clean work and was priced well. I appreciate his hard work to make my new home safe.

Jeff from West Michigan Radon Removal LLC was on time, well prepared, great to deal with, and he did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything before he started working. I forgot to tell him he would have to drill through a brick wall ( core the wall), slight up charge for the core drilling ( my bad), but he was ready for anything. Completed the job in 2 1/2 hours and explained what I need to do and what to watch for. Totally satisfied at this point. Enjoyed working with him!
