We had a great experience with this team from start to finish. They did an excellent job installing a sauna and were incredibly professional throughout the process. They worked late into the night to get everything finished, stayed on top of details, and were always quick to respond to questions.
Scheduling was seamless—they coordinated the installation immediately after delivery—and they’ve continued to be available for follow-up questions even after the job was done. We’re very happy with the result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and hardworking team.

Josh is incredibly reliable, hardworking, honest, and professional. He has a great work ethic and really knows his job inside and out. They don’t call him Jesus for nothing, because he always seems to work miracles when it comes to pool care. He keeps the pool and equipment in tip-top shape, and the water always looks christal clear and sparkling clean.Highly recommended prices unmatched. Would give a 10* review if I could.

I requested for a company to help me with closing the pool, Josh responded less than a minute. They gave excellent customer service skills and they very knowledgeable. They were very patient with me with things I did not know or understand. Their prices are reasonable they showed up the following day to complete the job. It was done quickly too. I will definitely hire sway built llc. again.

Josué and Edgar was absolutely amazing. Their service was nothing short of white glove, they were prompt and efficient in setting up the sauna, and hauling away all trash and packaging. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I knew our project wasn’t very good hands from the moment they got on site!
