My thermostat went out over the holiday weekend. Called and Ward returned my call within an hour. He already had jobs that were pending for emergency calls but added me to the list. He came out and assessed that my control board was bad on my HVAC . He returned the following day and completed installation of a new control board. Ward shared a variety of operating tips that we did not know that can help us going forward. Ward was very personable and certainly a good businessman you can trust to help you out. I'm a retired combat veteran and appreciate people who are there to help and not just make a buck off of somebody. I will recommend him to all my area veteran organizations, friends, and family. THANK YOU so much for all you did.

We had a difficult situation with an older heat pump that had been repaired, and when we needed some follow up help soon after, Ward (the owner) responded immediately (after hours!!), arriving the next day (a holiday!!!) to demonstrate what was wrong and help us find a solution we could afford. 24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Great install by Robert, and good, friendly customer service, appraisal, and support by Ward, the owner. All around a great experience. Good people and quality work at a better than fair price. Would recommend for all AC needs.
