Loved that Patty and her crew were right on time. They all worked diligently and continuously for about 3 hours! The house looked and smelled great, cobwebs gone, floors clean, rooms dusted. Patty Borini, the owner, came and gave an estimate of the cost of cleaning. When she found out how quickly we needed her service, she jumped right in that day (she had cancellation) and started the project. We were so impressed with her and the job she did. I would rate her a "6" if that were an option.

Exceeded my expectations! Very hard working and detail oriented. Everything was sparkling clean - Patty made sure to ask what I needed done and how I wanted it done (I have a floor that needs to be washed with Clorox water only) and didn't hesitate to follow through. I would highly recommend her and her staff - she even provided references to me when I asked for them. I will have them back again!

Patty is very professional and takes pride in her business. We had an unexpected turn of events and her flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Overall I was pleased, However I asked for baseboards to be dusted & this was not to my expectations. My basement room was totally missed, quite odd. Patti uses a steamer & did some incredible cleaning in the shower stalls & kltchen stove. At her follow up call I explained the problems & she came back to complete them. Patti said her aid was sick & she shouldn't have worked. I feel Patti should have showed her aid the whole house & the room would not have been missed. Very grateful she came back to make to to make it right. Would recommend.

I inquired about Patti's services online. She contacted me within minutes. She was professional, friendly,very thorough and accomodating, asked all the right questions. I booked her to come and clean my apartment. She arrived on time with an associate, brought all her own supplies. We discussed some details and I left for work. She called me when they completed the work. She did much more than I expected. When I arrived home I was very pleased with the way my apartment looked and they job she performed. I would highly recommend Patti and look forward to our working relationship. She's awesome.

Patti was very friendly and professional, there were a few things that I asked to be done that were not, but there also were somethings that really exceeded my expecations. (I don't think my whirlpool tub has ever been cleaner) Her price is right on, I am very picky and she did a nice job.
