One Time Interior House Cleaning
They do not do a good job or clean what they say they are going to clean. windows down with a damp cloth and makes them look worse than before they were cleaned. Did not vacuum the whole room and did not damp mop floors as they said they would. Surface areas left dirty and dusty in many areas. The list goes on and on. Horrible! I gave them a chance to come back and clean and they refused.

"Our plans were to come up there tomorrow to look around and fix anything we feel she may have missed in the time she was there. You did not want to spend the money originally on the Top to Bottom to get the hand-wiped deep cleaning that I recommended. You also do not know the condition of the home to say what she did or did not do. I am more than happy to come to fix it but also do not appreciate a 1star for trying to make things right. As a business owner that is all, I can do as I was not the one to do the cleaning. My tech has been spoken with and that is an issue we as the business owners will attend to. Toaster ovens need to get banged out or trays inside cleaned if there are a ton of crumbs so when they are moved they do not fall back out, she may have missed that. Again, I was under the assumption the plan was Thursday one of us owners coming up and fixing these issues but from the sounds of things you should have just purchased a package we recommended."

Poor quality, floors were still dirty after they cleaned. Failed to take responsibility when my husband had coins missing from his collection as well as cash we planned to send to our son in college.

"You must have gotten us mistaken with another cleaning company here on Home Advisor as your name is not even in our data base, nor is it in our list of clients we have serviced. If this was us, we would have made sure to do a thorough investigation, which would include calling the police and have them investigate the entire situation. We offer 100% guarantee on all of our work so if something is not up to our clients expectations, one of the owners personally go out to the home to correct the problem. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our extensive training program which includes a nationwide background screening. Perhaps you should look into who actually did this cleaning for you and leave them the review, again, we never serviced your home."

The owner and his staff were no shows after a week of back and forth telephone calls trying to make appointments. he was busy taking his children to the beach. this company needs to hire more dependable staff for house cleaning services. huge disappointment.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I know 5 star ratings can seem embellished since nothing is perfect. I hired Sweepin it Clean for a top to bottom one time cleaning of my parents log home and that is exactly what they did. A team arrived. They vacuumed and then hand-washed every log, window frame, knickknack, picture frame as well as a thorough house cleaning. Nothing was missed. The place shines and smells great. My parents noticed immediately and were shocked, amazed, and delighted. The 5 stars are not just for their work but for the smiles they gave my parents. I would highly recommend this service. The crew arrived on time after calling to give me an estimated arrival time. They were quite efficient, finishing the job within an hour. Before leaving, Anthony had me walk around to check the work as he wanted to ensure I was satisfied. I was. Will definitely use them again.
