The owner, Yenci, reached out right away. She came by to give me an estimate. She was professional and wonderful. She gave a very reasonable estimate and the work was done yesterday. Her team was amazing and very thorough. We’ve already scheduled our next cleaning with them.

Yenci & her team of amazing ladies are nothing short of amazing. Her team leaves our house spotless every time and are easy to work with if we want anything specific done. Yenci is also great in terms of scheduling and communication. My husband and I both work from home and we also have a 1 year old, so it’s great to be able to work with someone that accommodates to our lifestyle on a bi-weekly basis. These Ladies were amazing!! I needed a move out house cleaning sooner than I thought and Yenci called me right away and fit me in the next day. They did not disappoint! The house looks amazing!!

Overall good and I am definitely a regular customer. Yenci is pleasant and accommodating, I like her and her employees. The cost of service is fair and reasonable. The cleaning Is thorough with just a few exceptions which is listed below. Just 2 notes for improvement: 1. Scheduling- service showed up more than an hour late, and 1 hour early on the latest visit 2. Employees didn’t turn on lights in a few areas where they were working which is why I think these places were over looked or not sufficiently cleaned. Most of our home has adequate natural light and I’m not saying the cleaning crew was working in the dark, however from now on I will make sure the lights are on in all the areas to be cleaned.

This company is excellent to work with--friendly, professional, efficient, low stress. The price is fair--not as low as I'd like to pay, but not as high as others have quoted us.
