He was on time and did a thorough review of the property. I felt reassured that the property didn't have any major hidden defects. The emailed electronic report was not as helpful as being there with him, the report was in a lengthy standardized format that made it somewhat cumbersome to locate the specific items we uncovered while there. It definitely was worthwhile to be there while he went through the process.

Ross was the consumate professional. He recommended we meet him there so that we as future owners who get a chance to learn about the house. He was so right! He was current on new technology, takes credit cards, came prepared even had an umbrella for me! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the unique features of the 1930s house even the well in the basement, that is a first for me, a girl from NYC. My husband and I highly recommend Ross
