Additionally, we offer comprehensive Maintenance Agreements to keep your equipment running smoothly & at it's potential, duct and dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing. Sweetlands was wonderful to work with. They promptly scheduled an appointment to come out and take over my maintenance contract for my air conditioning, heating, and on-demand gas water heater. They were thorough in their assessment and recommendations as well as identifying a couple of potential issues that needed to be addressed to head-off future problems. I would definitely recommend them and have selected them as my ongoing maintenance contractor.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from Sweetlands Heating and Cooling. I called on a Sunday afternoon and immediately received a return call from the owner. She was able to immediately diagnose the issue with my furnace from my description over the phone. She arrived on time to do the diagnostic check. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I was given a full explanation of the problem and options to fix it. She then returned on time the next day once the replacement part was available to perform the service. I feel that the charged was very fair.

We had a complicated situation and a choice between repair or replacement of an old unit. Judy explained all the options with clarity, making a difficult choice relatively straight forward. Karen was her knowledgeable, courteous and efficient admin support who provided excellent and timely assistance. BTW Anyone who works on boilers (Judy) has my utmost respect and admiration.

I called to have my air fixed at about 4:30 and she showed up at about 5:30. She was friendly and very nice to my dog who was very hot. She knew what it was by what I told her. She had my air back on within about 20 min. The price was not bad for the time she came. I would call them back again.
