Ended up paying around $1100 for a simple spigot replacement, the plumber pulled out the spigot and broke the connecting pipes causing a water burst and then had to replace everything.

There were no techs available so they sent the tech supervisor, which we only learned was the case when he struggled mightily to get the water turned off. That on its own was understandable, but he also left a trail of leaf bits throughout the house where he worked (three bathrooms and the paths to each). When he started the job he wore booties in the house, but clearly he gave up on them at some point during his efforts to shut off the water and, as a result, made a mess of our carpets and bath mats the likes of which no other Angi-recommended service provider has in all our years using Angi. The service provided was, in the end, successful, but the mess left behind left a bad taste in our mouths.

Brandon fix multiple plumbing problems and did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the service!

Brandon Cash has many years of plumbing experience and he and his son did a great job fixing up an issue with my bathroom since faucet. They were courteous, respectful and willing to go out of their way to understand the customer's issue and fix it. Brandon also cleaned up the surroundings after the job was done. Again, going out of his way to help the customer. This is a very good company to do business with and most of all their employees like Brandon are a true asset to this company.

Well done everything was fixed in a very timely fashion. Eric was confident but also very straightforward about what it might do or how it will work out. He was able to fix my toilet flange and he verified all the work. I feel confident that it will last.

Terrance and Josh were tenacious. They dug a hole in my front yard searching for my main water leak. They didnt give up even when the hole needed to expand. Ultimately they found the pin hole leak! They went the extra mile finding the best connectors for the black roll water pipe and ensured they had stopped the leak. All the while they kept me informed of the progress.
