We have used this company in the past and been very satisfied, but this service was not so great. We called early on a Monday and were told they?d be out by 10AM. By 4PM we realized this was not happening. The technician finally showed up and his excuse was that that he?d had three flat tires. That hardly even seems possible. I asked him if I should turn off the breaker to the well. He said it wasn?t necessary. Around 9PM he indicated he didn?t have the fittings he needed and left again. When he hadn?t returned by 10:30, we called the owner and were told he had yet another flat. When he finally did come back, he managed to short out the control box while completing the install. The owner came the next morning and replaced control box at no charge, but this probably wouldn?t have been necessary if he had let me turn the breaker off as I suggested. After nearly 24 hrs, we finally had water. They left the old tank in the yard and it?s still there. Please come finish this job!

Donnie has been servicing our well since 2022. Most recently, I noticed a leak around the tank. I called Donnie immediately and he was at the house the same day. Quality work, great customer service at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Donnie!

The crew knocked a hole in the roof as they removed the pipe from the well. Accidents happen. Donnie promised for months to come repair but never did. We were abundantly patient, and would never reveal this publicly until he stopped accepting the calls. There is no excuse for not sending someone to repair this and restore our property.

I highly recommend Donnie and his crew from Sweetwater. I put in my request to Home Advisor on a Saturday and received a call on Sunday! Sweetwater was at the house the next day. Sweetwater provided exceptional service at a very fair price. Donnie has innovative solutions that other companies don't offer and doesn't jump to the most expensive solution. We are very pleased with our "sweet water" and the service from Sweetwater!

This company arrived after dark and we asked was it safe to do the job in the dark and should they not wait until daylight? They assured us they it was safe and they needed to do the job right then. They were informed that there were septic tanks in the front yard. They drove over the septic tanks anyway sunk in and broke both septic tanks. Truck had to be left in place overnight as none of the tows could help them. In the morning Sweetwater Wells behaved so un-professionaly that the cops had to be called. They refused to show id, drivers, license, give service license, provide proof of insurance, or give their names when requested by the Police Officer. They threatened bodily harm to John, called him PUSSY and HO, advanced and stated he wanted/ was going to hit John. We are left with thousands in damage, no water, sewage, and a sinkhole in front yard. I do not recommend this company and suggest if you must deal with this human being that you use extreme caution

They came on time and did pretty good job. They seems pretty knowledgeable and honest.

At first everything seemed to be just fine, had it running after the freeze, had to pull the entire 60ft, replaced with 80ft. Leaves the line in the yard. Comes back and has to replace pump (says it wasn't anything he did but as i suspected D&D suggested it was the extra length of the line. There were discrepancies both times I paid, payment went through, showed on my bank statement, never issues on my end, only he kept insisting my 500 card payment didn't go through with no evidence. Until the SECOND time i called him up there to fix it again, magically the first payment went through but now again this $500 "didn't go through" DAYS after the payment was made and with receipt in hand AGAIN. In a very aggressive voicemail he threatened to "reposes" the pump that my landlord already paid for and had receipts fo. I had no water and did not know what else to do and called Sweetwater Well Service because I had used them years ago and really liked Carl. I also called many other well companies to see who was available but a lot were saying 3 weeks. While I was debating...Sweetwater returned my call and now under the grandson Donnie. They still have the greatest service. They came out right away and put a new pump in my well. They also do septic so I know I will keep using them, They are great and friendly all the time, Donnie is wonderful.

I have called and texted them to get an invoice since I had the pump put in on 2/19/21 they will not bring me an invoice so I can file on my insurance. When I did talk to him right after the pump was installed, he was going to bring the invoice right over. I was told that 3 different times and still have no invoice. They did good work but do not follow up on gettingthe invoice. They wrote me a receipt on a piece of paper. That is not really appropriate for my insurance company. I paid him like he asked and I asked for an invoice and he avoids the issue.

Donnie and his crew were amazing. Called with a well issue late on a Sat morning and he graciously tried to talk me thru a fix on the phone. When that didn't work he personally came to take a look. Bad well pump was the diagnosis, that he double checked while I watched. He talked me thru options, including let's just see wait and see happens, but I decided to just replace the pump. By 7pm that night (this Saturday as a reminder), he and his crew were done, I have water. This is a big deal as I maintain a significant flock of chickens and quite a few goats. I should also mention the crew continued working thru several downpours of rain. It's a no nonsense approach and this crew knows what they are doing. Really thankful for their help on a Saturday!

Don went above and beyond to ensure we got our well fixed and water in the house. He provided great customer service and quality work within the promised time frame. We highly recommend his services.
