I contacted Angie’s online A/C service and I was immediately contacted by Robert of Swell A/C. That was on Sunday. I returned his call and from the get go Robert was totally upfront about what he does, how much it costs and was totally transparent and honest. He showed up on time, showed me what was being done and what everything means as he was doing it. At the end he explained everything and what I could do to maintain a healthy unit. He even adjusted my vents to maximize cooling in the house. Robert is not only a good A/C guy he’s the owner so what he does reflex’s on himself. If you want a good A/C guy and not a big business A/C company just trying to make a buck on different things you don’t need, then give him a call. I highly recommend him.

Robert arrived on time and preformed my routine maintenance including replacing my capacitor. Did not try and up sale me a maintenance contract.

Great service had a new air handler and outside unit replaced old system was 22 years old. Robert replaced the unit was very thorough with everything from cleaning and making sure I registered the warranty. I was so impressed I referred Robert to my in laws who were having trouble with there ac unit that wasn’t even working. Robert found problem and gained another happy customer would not hesitate to call swell air and heat top notch company.

Everything was excellent. Robert helped me about a year ago with a clogged drain pipe and I kept his contact information because of the service provided. He communicated clearly everything that he was doing and was patient whilst answering all of my questions. This time around was no different. Excellent communication, punctual, and knows his craft well. I have AC running again and am so thankful for him!

Robert was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of all of the AC systems currently available, especially relevant with the changing refrigerants and the new high prices. He works efficiently and not only preps his work area, he leaves it spotless. I believe you can find an HVAC company that will charge you more, but you will not find one that will do a better job.
