We can not say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call with Megan to the finished job, we were impressed. We live in a 125+ year-old farmhouse that has not had a working fireplace for a very long time. We had looked for a company to come out and no one wanted to mess with it. Finally, someone gave me this companies number and they said they added liners to chimneys all the time and had no issue with it being an old masonry Chimney. When Austin came out, he was knowledgeable and actually excited about the job. I found it so refreshing to deal with someone who enjoyed what they do! In my opinion, you always will get a better job from someone who is passionate about their craft. Our job took two days because it was such a huge chimney... but, Austin, Faizon, and Spencer made it happen and finished today! The crew was respectful, neat, informative, and efficient. We are so excited we have a working fireplace after 12 years of living here. I cannot wait to have our first fire this weekend, once it is completely cured.

The Crew was very courteous and professional. The crew went above and beyond cleaning of my gutters. I had a wasp nest near one of my gutters and they even took care of the nest without me even having to ask. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and I plan to use them from now on...

They were professional, called ahead and cleaned the gutters well.

Response time was very quick. Actually came out and went on the roof to check everything out, confirm if the cap was leaking and checked the condition of the chimney as well. Gave a free estimate to replace our chimney cap. They were willing to place a tarp we provided over the chimney because rain was in the forecast before we even decided to hire them. The other company didn t even come out to see if the chimney cap was leaking or if we had other issues and gave us a price over the phone. We felt very comfortable and hired Swept Away. They gave us a 2 week lead time but were back out and had the new chimney cap and shroud installed in 9 calendar days. Great company to work with. Very impressed with everyone we dealt with onsite and in the office.

Our gutters needed to be cleaned ASAP due to water damage inside our home. We had an appointment within 24 hours, they were early and called twice to confirm our appointment. They were very quick, friendly and took care upon our roof and even let us know of a potential issue they noticed for us to keep an eye on. We fully intend to use them at least twice a year to maintain our home.

The reason I hired them is because they told me they only clean vents from the outside and would no need to come into house. NOT TRUE. Could not do it and had to come inside so value for money was bad because many other companies only charged $99 but said they would most likely have to do it from inside. I should not have been told otherwise.

Did not use a blower on roof. Were here about 20 min. Messed up drive with leaves from roof. Truck leaked oil on drive way.

Never received invoice which I requested more than once. I don't think they are still in business.

Upon originally calling this company and receiving the estimate for the chimney cleaning and the repair that I was recommended, there were some scheduling and communication issues. When the technician and owners learned of my concerns, they reached out immediately to address them and that is so greatly appreciated. The technician performed the repair and cleaning. That demonstrates quality customer service and follow through that you do not often see these days. It has been so warm that we have not had to use the fireplace, but it is certainly clean now, the panel has been replaced, and the gas valve/hose sealed.

When we have time to use the fireplace and are assured that the work is A-1, I will revise to 5 Stars. The customer service was definitely 5 stars and hoping that the rest is as well.

He was on time and extremely professional. He covered the floor to make sure everything stayed clean while he worked on the chimney. He gave us some tips on how to keep everything in good shape. The office staff was great and helpful. They answered all my questions. The inspector, Austin, who I met at the property (I am a real estate agent) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Austin did a very thorough job and went over and above what he needed to do for this service. He provided some maintenance tips and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to highly recommend this company to my clients or anyone needing a chimney/fireplace inspection or to have their chimney cleaned.
