Bruce was great. Friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been customers with Swick for well over 15 years, and were always pleased with their service. Unfortunatley, a little over three years ago we began to notice a change in things. Phone calls not being returned, sub-standard work, multiple call backs to repair things which should have been done right the first time, inability to reach people who are actually working at Swick in Marquette, (primarily due to them switching over to a call center in a different region), etc. The company was sold not too long ago, and the old Swick we were used to no longer exist. They are eager to give you a quote and sell you things, but good luck getting them to come back to fix it, or even return you calls.

Scott and Tucker did an amazing job helping my husband and I bring our home up to date and adding a layer of protection, which took almost 2 full days of work. Both were very professional and easy to talk to. 11/10 will definitely recommend.

Bruce was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! Swick has excellent technicians.
