I rarely give 5 stars, but Swift Movers absolutely earned all 5 stars. Our movers, Greg and Marcus, were very professional, courteous, and FAST! They took extra care with our items and with loading our truck so that the load would not shift during transit. Everything arrived at our new place (after a 9 hour road trip) in the same condition it left our old one. I have used local movers before, and Greg and Marcus, of Swift Movers were the BEST!

Felix and Christopher are very personable, professional, and took great care of my belongings. No issue at all for them to take my stuff located at my apt and storage unit from San Antonio to Boerne. Thanks guys! I'll use y'all again!!!

I have moved several times in 40 years. The three young men exceeded my expectations compared to previous moves. I would definitely recommend this service. A special thanks to Felix, Tony and Robert.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I contacted them & spoke with Joel to come out to my home to get an accurate quote to move us so there would be no surprises. Joel came out and after carefully walking him through our home & detailing what would be moved, he gave me a quote of 5-7 hrs. & stated I only needed a two man crew because of how little we were moving. I trusted his expertise & agreed to hire them. Long story short, they started at 9am & didn't finish til almost 2:30am! I was furious & exhausted! Joel's employees were upset as well and stated that Joel screwed up & he should've had a minimum of 3 guys on this job! I called Joel about 8-9 hrs into the move & told him he screwed up by underestimating the job & told him he needed to send more help to finish the move sooner. Joel came out to assist but it wasn't enough to finish anywhere close to the time he quoted. Then, to make matters worse, they damaged & tore the edge of my Serta bed frame. My fiancé saw it happen as they tried to load it in the truck but we were unable to see the actual damage until the next morning after we remembered to inspect it. I immediately called Joel & told him about the damage to the bed, as well as the damaged to several doors & door trim where his guys scratched & dented the frames. He said he would come out & take care of the paint damage. He came out and did very shoddy repairs & didn't paint because he didn't have paint to match. Joel texted & emailed me numerous times saying his repair guy was out of town but as soon as he got back, he would send him to repair the bed. A few days later, I received a letter from his insurance company stating they were denying my claim for the damage to my bed. I emailed Joel & told him to call me about the letter but he has ignored my request. I truly believe that Joel underestimated his quote just to get the job & then forced me to pay almost triple than the quoted amount! I believe he is guilty of deceptive trade practices & I intend to pursue complaints with all entities regulating his business! I will also be seeking legal action through the court system for the damages caused to my new home & belongings! I post this review to hopefully bring to light Joel's unethical business practices & hopefully save everyone else from making the same mistake I made! His promises are nothing but lies, which is evident by his promise to fix my bed & then having a letter sent to me a few days later that he wasn't going to fulfill his promise! Home Advisor needs to remove this company from their recommended list!!!
Response by Swift Movers, LLC: Hello Mike, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. When giving an estimate for a job, I always give the 2 movers or 3 movers option, there is a price difference. If I believe 2 movers is enough to finish a job, I may say that, but it is entirely up to the customer to choose. I also give a full coverage option or our standard liability insurance option. There is a price difference. Full coverage is just that. Our standard liability is .60 cents per pound per article. All damages need to go thru a claims process and go under investigation. After investigation, we then make a decision and send out a settlement letter. My movers are employees here, and are honest with me. They let me know when they mess up and we address the problem/claim accordingly. We know accidents happen, and it's always best when everyone knows what is going on. If a claim gets denied, It's because it had no reported drops, previously damaged, a third party was helping, or it wasn't transported by us. We always do our best when it comes to resolving claims. We do fix damages to the structure of a building. We communicate with the customer what we can do, and work to fix the damage. If the customer says it's ok, Then it is done. As a company we strive to do our best, moving is a tough job and a liability. We are honest with what we can do and not afraid to tackle any task standing before us.

Greg and Marcos showed up on time and got right to work. They took great pains to ensure everything was packed and moved without any problems. They are a quick and efficient team will definitely as for them for the next move.
