Alvaro is the most honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with pool professional that I have ever worked with. I was dealing with a pool that had been leaking since I bought my house three years ago. I’ve had three other pool companies and leak detection experts come out. They could only find one leak, combined. After the one leak was fixed, my pool was still losing over an inch of water a day. Alvaro came and took his time identifying where the leaks were and even let me listen through the equipment to hear what the leaks sounded like. He then methodically found and fixed one leak after another. I watched the process the whole way and he provided photos and videos of various leaks that he uncovered as well for documentation purposes. He ended up finding and fixing over a dozen additional leaks that no one else in three years could find! Apparently there was an issue with the piping that a different contractor used when the pool was first built that caused the pipes to spring numerous leaks over time. My pool doesn’t lose any water now. I also changed my weekly servicing over to him. It has been so much better since I made the switch. I can finally not worry about the maintenance of my pool. I highly recommend!

Review of Swift Pool Maintenance - 1 Star I've used Swift Pool Maintenance in Mobile, AL for a solid year, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their glowing reviews, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. From the beginning, there were too many days when they simply didn't show up. On numerous occasions, they neglected to put the cover on the traps, leaving my pool vulnerable. My jacuzzi, which I specifically paid extra to have cared for, was consistently overlooked. They left the top off my jacuzzi for a month, claiming they had cleaned it, but it was evident they hadn't. To make matters worse, the staff seemingly pushed a button that started the draining and auto-refill simultaneously, which led to an astonishing $1,800 water bill. Note that this is my vacation home, and they were hired to take complete care of my pool and jacuzzi. This kind of careless mistake is unacceptable. After enduring a year of their incompetence and neglect, I finally found a new company to take over. Swift Pool Maintenance had one final visit, and in their last act of carelessness, they removed my filters and reinstalled them incorrectly, turning my pool completely murky. Thankfully, the new company knew what they were doing and fixed the mess Swift left behind. Consider this a warning: stay far, far away from Swift Pool Maintenance. Good reviews need to be backed by solid referrals, and my experience was anything but satisfactory.

this company is amazing! I had a murky green pool and wasted over 1k in chemicals over the course of 1 month. They came and completely got rid of the green algea all within 3 days! The price was VERY reasonable to. I would totally recommend this company. Very knowledgeable as well answered all my questions.
