SwiftPro did a fantastic job with our AC system replacement. Rich came out and gave us an estimate and did a great job explaining all the options. We made a decision and they arrived two days later and we have heat and air in our second floor area again. The techs that came out took a lot of pride in their work and it showed. Great install!! I had a great experience working with David MacClary and his colleague (I apologize for not catching his name). David was extremely professional, arrived right on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
Both of them were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They made sure the job was done properly and didn’t rush through anything. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed throughout the entire process.

When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Had someone come out for a new water heater quote, and just so happened to have one start leaking as they showed up. The tech swiftly (nice) quoted us (with the best price we received out of 5 quotes) and started working immediately. He walked us through the steps, stayed until he was comfortable with the result, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Would refer to them again for any plumbing needs.

He had my heat pump back up and running in no time and made recommendations to ensure it keeps me warm. The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost.

Pros: did a kitchen faucet replacement and valve replacement. work was great and well done. Technician very friendly and professional. Cost a little high but not outside range that AI says it would be.
Cons: scheduling/dispatch - missed the window on day 1 and didn't say anything. I reached out and found they were behind for the day. Moved to next day. They were right on time at the top of the window

The Company is untrustworthy with their Prices. They offer no detailed Invoice, and their charges are A LOT more expensive than other Companies, to the point where I had to file a formal complaint with the BBB. Never again.
