Woke up with the house well above the set temperature. A/C running but no hot air coming out.
Put job on Angi at 0830 and got immediately called by SwiftPro. They were the first to call and they had the highest rating of the four that were chosen by Angi.
Tech arrived a little after 1100 and quickly figured out what was the problem. Tech identified one part that was the issue and another part that could cause a problem down the road. Tech didn't push the second part but the part wasn't much more so changed out both.
Tech did a full inspection of the cooling system without any 'additional' issues.

I had a great experience working with David MacClary and his colleague (I apologize for not catching his name). David was extremely professional, arrived right on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!
