Woke up with the house well above the set temperature. A/C running but no hot air coming out.
Put job on Angi at 0830 and got immediately called by SwiftPro. They were the first to call and they had the highest rating of the four that were chosen by Angi.
Tech arrived a little after 1100 and quickly figured out what was the problem. Tech identified one part that was the issue and another part that could cause a problem down the road. Tech didn't push the second part but the part wasn't much more so changed out both.
Tech did a full inspection of the cooling system without any 'additional' issues.
Up and running by 1230.

Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the
part call him if needed to replace and test.

Outstanding and exceptional are two words that describe my experience of having SwiftPro complete my residence’s new HVAC system installation. From presentation of various systems and particulars to the completed install Rich Kelly, Moises Rojas and Felix proved themselves experts with above and beyond customer service, skill, attitude and work ethic. I highly recommend SwiftPro for any plumbing, heating or cooling needed.

SwiftPro did a fantastic job with our AC system replacement. Rich came out and gave us an estimate and did a great job explaining all the options. We made a decision and they arrived two days later and we have heat and air in our second floor area again. The techs that came out took a lot of pride in their work and it showed. Great install!! Highly recommend SwiftPro!!

I had a great experience working with David MacClary and his colleague (I apologize for not catching his name). David was extremely professional, arrived right on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
Both of them were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They made sure the job was done properly and didn’t rush through anything. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed throughout the entire process.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking for reliable and professional work.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!
