Swift is an efficient and professional service company. They installed my new air conditioner quickly and with no problems. They were on time, and the installers were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone. I would not use anyone else for my AC service. They are the best!

These folks came into my home and were so friendly. My AC unit was not working and I had only purchased this home three months ago. They told me that my unit was shot and I needed a whole new system. The service guy called the salesman and he came over, went up in my attic ( which I thought was unusual) and then said a new unit would cost me $12,000. My home is only 1350sqft. I called my realtor thinking that the inspector should have caught that. He said that he would send is guy out because his home unit was just replaced and his home is about 3,000sqft and it cost him $5500. His guy came over and said no way it needed replacing because it looked brand new. He put Freon in and red dye and said there is a leak but the dye would expose it. Come to find out it was a coil that was leaking and it cost $1700 to replace. Swift never did the dye test but the serviceman wrote in his report that he offered to do it, which was a big lie. I am a 75yo single Black female and they tried to take full advantage of me.. Lucky for me I froze my credit with all three agencies and since they couldnâ t get approval, I never heard back from them. I called the office and told them what happened and how upset I was that they tried to scam me! I also reported them to the BBB. BE CAREFUL and always get a second and third opinion!!!

Hadn't use our Carolina room for awhile due to the mini-split not working, called Swift for an estimate and they sent Tommy Taylor. After looking the room over as well as the old A/C he worked up a price for a new system. The price was very reasonable and Tommy explained the payment plan in every detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

The technician's (Tim and Chaun) that did the installing of my HVAC were courteous and professional. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!

The workers were polite and only took a short break during the day. They reviewed everything with me when finished and cleaned up when done. I would recommend them to anyone.
