These guys were terrific. Gave me an estimate over the phone. It was very expensive but I didn’t have time to shop and most others will not quote a price over the phone for a water heater replacement which is a pretty fixed price with minimum exceptions. So their prompt customer service, transparent (albeit expensive) pricing convinced me to try them and they solved my problem the next day. I highly recommend them in a pinch when you can’t afford to shop around. My feeling is that I paid about 50-75% more than I probably needed to...
