I was disappointed with much of the job ! The work scheduling was not accurate and mostly all the work had to be done at least twice before it as acceptable. workers were drinking on the job and left unsupervised . It seemed as if once my money as received it was tough to get anyone back out and we still have issues that were not completed or address . Use caution with this company , I am not sure were the five star service was it never showed up on my job .

Chris and Doug came to my home yesterday to examine my pool and help determine if there was a leak in the pool. They were very professional and more knowledgeable than any company I ve dealt with as a pool owner for many years. I plan to use them for other repairs in my decking. I would highly recommend this company.

First Rate Company!!! Wife and I went through at least 7 estimates and was about to give up till Heather with Swim Care-free came out. They give me a fair price for exactly what we wanted done. The other company's told me that they can't or won't do cantilever decking which I previously had and Liked. The results were so much better than we were expecting. Chris and Heather were awesome to do business with and would recommend them to anyone.

We are so grateful for the service provided by Swim Carefree! They provided repairs for our pool, and then turned it around from a green mess to sparkling clear! They were professional and explained things so well that we hired them for our ongoing maintenance. Our pool has never looked so good! They took the time to explain how our equipment works, and make sure we understand what they do! The owners and employees all care for their customers and provide value. I highly recommend them!

Super happy with Carefree, they are my go to company for my warranty company (Landmark). Have had them out quite a few times over the last couple of years. This last job was stellar. Super quick (called me within 5 minutes of Landmark opening it with them) and the repair was done within 24 hours. Cassandra, the scheduler, is great to work with. Since the pool is at a rental property of mine, it can be confusing when working with the contractors. Not CareFree., they are the best company yet. Going to hire the for the pool maintenance now too.
