Quick to respond to my request via Home Advisor. Flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate an early arrival so I could make it back to work. Helped find the old pool cover and parts from previous owner as opposed to having me buy a new one. Explained all steps that were being taken to close the pool. Completed the job quickly. Very friendly and personable.

Works fast, knowledgeable, good value for dollar. Needs to communicate a little better but that is minor compared to the positives.

Beware of Swimming Pool Services. Deposit of 100$ was given to have liner replaced on Sept 2nd, Sean called on 1st stating that linear was purchased. Septe 2nd around 9AM, pump was installed to pump water out. Sean texted around 10:30 to have pump shut off, stating he was bringing another pump. Around 12PM i texted trying to get an ETA, no ANSWER Called around 12:30, Sean stated that is too cold and that it would be better off to postpone job til Tuesday, i was not okay with this and we agreed he will arrive and replace linear on Sept 2nd prior to labor day weekend. Another hour had passed and i called again, this time Sean stated his worker hand had sustained damage and that he couldn't not come but he would come by himself. After 30 minutes Sean called and stated he had ordered the wrong linear for my pool.

I hired them to clean our apartment after we moved out. The communication and customer service was great, but the actual cleaning was lacking. If you hire them, I'd recommend making sure you go back when they are finished and before they leave to make sure everything is cleaned to your expectations.
