Construction work was not easy, but would do it again with this company. Customer's should think about running any connections ahead of time. They let me know this ahead of time

This is by far the best swimming pool company that you can find to build your swimming pool. they always respond to emails and phone calls. They keep to their schedule. I have been involved in many projects involving home remodeling and construction, and this was the most headache free project ever. look no further-and I am not a person that takes the time to write reviews.

This a horrible company. When you sign a contract with them and are still paying them, they will respond right away when they need a check, but when you are having any problems with the pool they take weeks to respond. Just under a year after the decks final inspection passed, two of the brick fell while my son was walking and almost broke his foot. When I finally spoke with them, they told me that the 1-year warranty ended, even though this happened under a year after the final inspection. I asked to speak with Javier and I did not get a call from Him until almost 3 weeks later. When I told him what happened he said that the warranty is from completion, and I told him how is deck completed before it passes inspection. I told him that they failed the inspection 3 times and they had to make changes to the bricks, which means the work was not completed. He then told me that he did not think they did inspections on the deck, even though I am looking at the city of Miramar permit website and I can see they failed the inspection 3 times and it finally passed on 10/17. I spoke with Javier on November 7, and he said he will look at the photos and speak with the office workers about the inspection and will give me a call in the next 2 days. It is now 2 weeks later and still have not gotten a callback. Do not hire this company. They are horrible. They have 10 one-star reviews in the last year. Please use another company and read all the reviews. I will be speaking with my attorney and I already contacted local news 10. Even if they do not fix this, I will make sure everyone knows how horrible of a company this is.

I do not recommend this company because they are not competent or care about the quality of their work. I had to constantly check and call the office while the pool was being built because of bad work and things I saw wrong. Now, after a year and a half my pool is leaking! They said they are not responsible for leaking and I had to call a company to inspect. The leaking is caused because the drains were not properly sealed with hydraulic cement as It should be! It is their fault and lack and professionalism! I have to pay over 6000 dollars to fix this, when they should take care of the issue since this was a new pool they built, but no, their warranty is a joke!!! Do not do business with these people, make sure you know who you are dealing with first!

They did the work as expected, great design, and left everything the way it was supposed to. Great communication with the office. Very professional. No complaints whatsoever. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who hired them to do pool work too.

Overall, I would highly recommend Swimming Pools of Florida. They are competitively priced, offer a quality product, and the customer service experience was top notch. We sourced two other quotes from larger pool companies, and the comparable quotes were all within $2,000 of each other. We chose Swimming Pools of Florida because Javier, the owner, was our main point of contact. His experience and patience allowed us to build exactly what we wanted, and within our budget. We ran into several issues that Javier helped resolve. One major issue was access to our backyard was very tight, and if we could not dig with a larger excavator it would have cost thousands more. The other pool companies would not work with us if we could not get access from the neighbor yard. Javier called my neighbor, explained the process, timeline, and assured him that everything on his property would look like it did before. The timing from contract to swimming was longer than we expected, but most of that due to permitting. Two years later, we are totally happy with the pool. The office staff at SPoFL is also very professional and responsive. I recently had the LED screen on my pool heater go out. They immediately addressed the issue, contacting the manufacturer for a work order, and replaced the part under warranty for free within a couple of days. Knowing that Javier has a lot of industry contacts, I also reached out to get a referral for a reputable company to replace my septic tank. Two years later, I left him a voicemail and he called me back immediately. I am now under contract with that company. From my experience working with contractors in South Florida, Swimming Pools of Florida was a pleasure to work with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. They lied about submitting the required documents to the permit department. When they did submit the documents they were denied because they submitted the wrong documents. I signed a contract with them back in May and all they did was the excavation. They threatened me with not continuing the construction if I don t meet with the owner at his office. A total breech of contract. They broke my water line and sidewalk and told me they are not responsible for the damages. I ve never been so insulted and disrespected by a company. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY

So many things went wrong it would be easier for me to say that I would dig a hole and use a tarp before I would ever consider them to build another pool for me well I know this is very vague I have photos videos emails whatever you need to help you stay away from this company After establishing a work zone they still damaged our patio and refused to repair it Again after establishing the work zone I had to rent a machine spend an additional $750 to remove two trees because their subcontractors refused to dig deep enough so that the plumbing and electrical conduit would pass inspection We contracted to have the equipment 70 feet from our house they only paid their subcontractors to go 50 feet after going back-and-forth with them for three weeks I finally dug the trench myself just so they would come and do the work. After digging the pool they were supposed to remove the excess dirt instead after refusing to remove it and well I was not available they sent someone to spread it throughout my yard. They left a pile of sand in the service alley and we have since received a citation because they have not removed it and refused to do so The first night they installed the pavers my wife and I put blue tape on at least 15 to 20 pavers where there was a quarter inch difference they never fixed them and still refuse to do so. Our contract stated they would be done in 90 days Javier s response was to laugh and say OK I ll put it in the contract but will be done anyway. When I asked for $100 a day in liquidated damages for every day past 90 they refuse to put it in writing I now know why it s going on 150 days and we are still not final on our permit. When we started I said I was going to hold 10% until after final inspection I relinquished and I wish I would not have. I would never hire them again and would do anything possible to help anyone who is even considering using them I have pictures videos and plenty of unanswered emails that I am very willing to share. I am very willing to share my info.
