They came in did their assessment and educated me on how product will work to rid termites all in a timely manner. The other companies which happened to be the two larger, better known termite companies seemed like they were sending a sales person, sounded more like a sales pitch and quoted me almost 2x more than Swisher. Swisher uses the same chemical as the other two.

Sam Swisher is the Owner and he obviously has a great deal of Passion for his Work. Sam is Professional, Knowledgeable, and he performed the work as agreed.

I did not retain Pestop for termite service, but for an inspection and a WDI certificate for the purchase of a home. The owner was prompt, professional and thorough. He responded quickly to my initial call. The sellers will be responsible for the treatment he recommended. If I were hiring someone, I would definitely be hiring Pestop.
