I had some confusion with Switch Electric over the cost of my wall heater replacement. They expected to charge me >$100 troubleshooting fee which my tenant had agreed to. I had also got a quote from In-House Electric, but went with Switch after they offered a similar quote. That similar quote didn't include the troubleshooting fee so *if* I did understand the quote from In-House Electric they were cheaper. In the end Switch agree to the price I felt had agreed to and for this I give them their high customer service rating for making things right. The work itself seems great, so my advice is to just make sure you are clear on the quote.

Jeremy called and said he could be here by 9am and he was there right on time. They started the process of elimantion and found the problem and fixed it as well as another problem they found and took the time to fix it and were done in 2 hrs and did a great job. I will be having them replace my Panel Box soon as well.

Really good communication - easy to get ahold of the guys when I had a question or concern. They were very patient explaining everything to me. Even came out on Saturday (a day they are normally closed) to help with a hot tub problem - diagnosed and fixd the problem too!

Tyler is was very quick at giving us a bid on our new service install. He gave us a proposal the same day thru Email and when we decided to have him do our job he was able to start shortly afterwards. The crew was very curtious and did a excelent job. The job was done quickly. I would not hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

I called on Saturday and they came out on Sunday to inspect. They came out on Monday to replace heaters and circuit breaker/fuse box. They showed up on time both days, they were very respectfull, answered all questions and provided clear explanations and expectations.

Switch Electric is a very responsible and professional company. The two electricians neatly and systematically replaced our entire electric panel (which my husband thought was a fire hazard) and provided us with a sub-panel. They were very polite and worked diligently. I will hire them again in the future!

I bought a new thermostat and disconnected the wires only to realize that I had different connections on the new thermostat than the old. I called Service magic who put me in touch with Switch Electric, LLC and Tyler called and told me that I had the wrong thermostat and needed a higher voltage one. Instead of just giving me information and sending me on my way he made an appointment with me to come see what exactly was going on. I bought the correct thermostat on my way home from work and when he came out to my house he installed the new correct one for me. I am very appreciative, thank you for the great service, you went above and beyond.

Excellent work. He just did a lot of work, other person was not there, perfect job, did not leave a mess. He did everything we asked. Very nice man, very respectable. We would use him again.
