Did not fix original problem, did return once but then did not reply when I informed them the roof still leaked in area most concerned about.

I was pleased with every aspect of working with Switzer Roofing: prompt response to my inquiry, comprehensive proposal of the work, professionalism throughout the job and a beautiful and repaired roof at the end of the day.

He was quick efficient and did really nice work. Removed my leaking skylight and patched it over so that you can barely tell it was there.

Very straight forward. Looked at the problem. Showed me the problem and fixed it in less than a half hour. Very reasonable price.

I just wanted to say that he is an awesome person to work with! He was very on top of his stuff. He came to my home, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. Then he came back and fixed it the NEXT day! I would recommend him to anyone! I will be using him again in the future!

We hired Joe through Home Advisor. He called right after receiving the referral and came out the next day to look at the issue. He was friendly, professional, and responsive. He thoroughly explained the issue and fix and completed the work immediately. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.

Joe went to the trouble of taking photos on my roof so I could see up close what the issues were, then took me outside and explained as well. He was courteous, professional, and was able to fix our issue two days ahead of schedule. I don't honestly know how to rate the quality of the work or the value--he charged $200 to find and repair a small leak in our roof, which seemed fair to me, and offered to come back within the year if we have any problems with the repair--I was impressed with his pride in his work and willingness to stand by the quality of the repair. But I don't know what the going rate for that kind of fix is. It took him about 15 minutes and I didn't have to climb on my roof, so for me it was worth the $200.

Hired Switzer on Home Advisor, We rescheduled because of rain. He came and did the work in our absence. We communicated on the phone the whole time. Very positive experience and our leak is fixed. It held up after a torrential rain. Very affordable and good, quality work!
