Jimmy arrived on time with support worker AC to evaluate problem. He evaluated the system and determined it was the fan blower motor capacitor that was bad. He went to his truck and installed it in 30mins. He told me that the fan blower looked fine and warned me that it could fail later but it seemed OK for now. He was prompt, courtesy, detailed, quick. I believe a few of other companies would try to replace the capacitor and blower fan assembly at same time which would be very costly to me at this time. Jimmy replaced what was only needed. would recommend Swonke to anyone and they are my A/C guys from now on. Great job guys

They beat other companies bids. I didn't like the thermostat that came with the AC unit. He went above and beyond coming back the next day with a the thermostat I wanted. They were also very punctual. This company is professional and polite. I can see that they are in business to satisfying their customer.

Jimmy, the owner, was courteous and professional. He called within a couple of hours after I set the appointment through HomeAdvisor and arrived on time. He went straight to work and soon diagnosed the problem with my a/c--2 units needed new capacitors/fans. Ugg. But he showed me everything he was doing and all the problem parts. He had new parts installed the same day. I was so pleased with his work--and fair pricing, I thought--that I hired him to come back later in the week and install 3 programmable thermostats which we had been meaning to do for the last year.

Had a half dozen A/C contractors out to investigate the problem we were having. Swonke was the only one to take the time to get into the condenser and find the problem. They gave me several options for repair or replace, I went with replace as it was the most cost effective way to go. They did a very good job, in a timely and efficient manner. Will use them again if need be.
