The repairman showed up on time and worked very hard on my refrigerator. Unfortunately it was very old and could not be fixed. I would hire the company again

Great communication and very professional! Highly recommend!

Had to return three times with new parts

I hired them and they just told me what i already knew. They charged me ove ra hundred dollars to just say yeah you need a new washer. This is a GRIFT.This guy showed up in a brand new bmw that was paid by unsuspecting people.

Simply cannot say enough good things about this company. Polite and responsive communication, expert service and reasonable prices. They saved us hundreds of dollars on repair for our LG refrigerator. I will never use another company to service our appliances.

Had to wait for a part but got it done quickly.

Believe the great reviews. We had appliance problems after the ice storm. Joe gave us options and specific costs and completed the repairs exactly as described. What more could you ask?

Super impressed with Joe from Sycamore Appliance Services. Friendly, punctual, and very skilled. He repaired my dishwasher quickly and left everything clean. It’s hard to find reliable people like this—definitely recommend.

Joe is amazing!! He fixed my refrigerator and did an outstanding job!! I highly recommend him! I’ve been in Nashville for 35 years and he is by far the best and most honest person I’ve ever used for appliance repairs

Excellent service! Joe was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in researching and repairing our appliances. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience,Joe was awesome, kind, and very easy to work with

Joe was here the next day. He worked hard for hours on my washer. But he had to order a part and he thought it would be in a few days but it came in the next day he let me know right away that he got the part and he could be here in 30 minutes I thought wow ok GREAT! So he came and again it was no easy fix he worked hard and he had to do a lot of figuring out what to do but he stayed until he figured it out he never gave up. And he fixed it and a very reasonable price. He did not nickel and dime me to death. Joe was very professional, polite, and very friendly. I will definitely use him again in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Exceptional service and resolved the issue quickly. Strongly recommend Joe for all appliance related repairs.

Very professional and my biggest thing HONEST I’ve had other techs come fix it and charge for something I didn’t need. But not Joe he told and showed me the issue explained what the issue was. I appreciate that. I will highly recommend him and I myself will use him again.
