The team was great and quick. There was a slight issue where one of the repaired locations wasn't fully accurate, but Syd sent the Team back and fixed it without charge. Excellent customer service -- something we all hope to find when we contract out services.

I got three bids and they were the cheapest. They cleaned up so well, that you never knew that they had been there. Shannon in the office was very accommodating.

The work performed seems excellent. Syd, his crew and Office Manager were a pleasure to deal with. Inconveniences were minimized. Price was excellent. The 10 year guarantee is double what competitors offered.

Syd and his crew were great. I had been quoted a price of over $8,000 by another company. Syd estimated the job would cost about $6,000, but he said he wanted to run a camera (at no cost) through the line to make sure he knew what the problem was and the best way to fix it. It turned out the line was plugged, so he charged $350 to clear it. Once he had done that, he concluded there was no need to replace the sewer pipe after all. He recommended cleaning the pipe every 5 years instead. He saved me a fortune! I was very impressed. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

I highly recommend Syd's team for sewer line replacement. They provided exceptionally high quality work at a reasonable price and were very accommodating to our schedule and special needs. Syd and his team did a great job. His partner Art called to arrange days and times for the work and was on top of the project the whole time. Syd came to my home and walked me through the entire process and even let me know the type of copper pipe he would use! (yes, there is a difference!) Syd also did a great job of returning my yard to pre-construction condition. Would be hard to tell the yard had major work done. Also, he took care of all permits and inspections. A big job, well done!

First, Syd was up front about all the work that would be done and the cost. He and his crew were prompt and efficient. Great workmanship with high quality materials and was right on cost with his estimate.

They did an excellent job fixing my sewer line. I watched them working. At every step, they made sure my line is graded. They have 10 year warranty. So, I don't think I need to worry about it ever again.

Best value for the money

The whole crew was pleasant and professional. Got the job done right for a reasonable price.

Syd did great work. Work got delayed a couple of days because they went to the wrong place to get the permit and because Syd lost his keys for a day. I had to have my sewer line replaced because of root intrusion, he replaced the line beautifully. I would recommend to anyone.

Syd did a great job. He was quick and his estimate was pretty competitive. He was able to replace the sewer main in one day. Wish the grass would grow back, but that really isn't his responsibility. Have used him since for some inside projects and he has been as professional as he was the first time I met him.
