Oral promises are not kept in terms of system completion. Many no show days despite promise to appear to complete work. Most maddening was lack of phone calls to say that they would not appear as promised. Work started on April 21 with promise of finishing April 24th. Work done in dribs and drabs with completion on May 3rd.
