This is just part one of my review. I have had a home consultation just last week, but the windows have not yet been installed since they will need to be tailor made (Gary'S team is coming out again to take precise measurements of the windows so they will be a perfect fit - no hammering windows and squeezing them in, but a perfect seamless fit). Gary came to my newly purchased home to inspect the windows and provide professional advice on what should be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he showed windows from multiple manufactures and showed how most windows do not have insulation or Kevlar material within them for additional strength. His recommendation of Soft-Lite windows are by far the best choice because the frame is far superior and will not break over time, due to the Kevlar reinforcement in the frame. There is a science behind construction of windows and Gary knows it well! I was expected the price tag to be enormous, but Gary truly cares about offering a great product at an affordable price all while caring that customers make the best choice for themselves choosing the best windows. Gary is not a person looking to take advantage of anyone and he fairly described which windows should be replaced first with heat efficiency in mind. I live on the ocean and these Soft-Lite windows will be perfect to stand up against harsh wind and the winter cold. I will follow up this review once the windows are installed in early January 2017 and I can't wait to get them installed! Gary is worth the time to sit and talk to!

Gary and his crew were very pleasant and professional. They were here right on time for the install. Unfortunately, the windows they came to install were the wrong ones. We called Gary to inform him of the mistake. He apologized for the mistake and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Our new windows have been installed and we absolutely love them. What we also appreciated about Gary was that he always answers his phone. We didn't have to leave a message and wait 2 or 3 days for a reply. That's very refreshing. I would definitely recommend Symphony to my friends and family.
