We had been considering remodeling our basement for years, but due to electrical, plumbing, gas and structural impediments, contractors had considered the project too complex. Synergetic Home Improvements worked with us through every phase - planning stages, structural changes and the many, many decisions along the way. New framing, electrical, drywall (ceilings and walls) doors, lighting, entertainment, HVAC, Luxury Plank Flooring; our basement has become the focal point of our Home! Thank-you Synergetic Team and Thank-you, Marc, for your expertise and attention to detail & quality.

Initially Marc was energetic and attentive but he did not do the proper pre-work to make sure the job was done on time. He did not measure things that should have been measured. This resulted in a much longer process than it needed to be. He was very personable and nice to talk to. He always showed up on the job. But he had to correct that should never have been corrected in the first place.

We appreciated the honest, prompt, professional service. Marc also pays attention to good communication!

Mark and his crew did a fabulous job and our deck looks like new.

First and foremost, Marc and his team were incredibly professional in every imaginable way. From start to finish the communication was great, they provided us with a tremendous amount of detail around our options, what they were going to do and how long it would take. Ultimately, we were thrilled with the work that was completed and the entire experience could not have been better!

I had Marc redo a powder room. Marc (owner) and his Team did an awesome job! Marc always was here to either "oversee" the job in progress or to be here to do the wallpapering! I recently worked with Marc and his team to "freshen" the look of our home. They patched and painted our basement and entire first floor, replaced all of the outlets and switches, tiled and trimmed our bathroom, redid our front closet and replaced our mailbox. I know that seems like a lot pieces, but our home is now transformed into a place that I love to walk into! Customer service is TOP NOTCH, Marc listened and reacted to any suggestion I made, they were flexible with my schedule and got the job done quickly - all for a reasonable price, right before the holidays. Marc was one of the best contractors I've worked with. We were staining an exterior patio ceiling and he delivered samples to us several times (always next day) so we could get the exact look we wanted. He always communicated exactly when his team would be there and what the status of the project was. I would definitely work with him again.

Marc was very professional and fast with his work. I had an extremely tight schedule to get my new storm door put on and Marc made it happen all at a fair price. You can tell this company puts customer service first and is not out to make just a quick dollar. Will use them again in the future for sure!

The stain is chipping off the deck and porch in many areas. They said they would fix it but will not take any texts or calls. Very disappointed after paying over $4000. UPDATE. I spoke with them and they are coming in the spring to reassess the problem and find a solution. I will update again once this takes place. UPDATE: They came out and corrected the issues and the deck looks great!

Marc starts out as an over the top customer service guru, but things change quickly. He installed a front door and it still wont close easily. He tried three times to make it right. He installed an outdoor ceiling fan that went well and a screen door to my porch that also went well. I had him come back to bid another project for me and never heard back from him.

All were very professional and nice to do business with every day. They knew what to do and went about the job without issues.
