Save Energy with Synergy!!! Synergy Electric, LLC is a locally owned and operated electrical company based in Hazelwood, MO. We specialize in commercial and residential electrical projects. We pride ourselves in quality work done safely with excellent customer service. All work is performed by IEC trained journeyman and apprentice electricians under the direction of a Master Electrician. In addition, our electricians have several safety certifications, including OSHA 10 or 30 Hour and American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED and First Aid. We are licensed, bonded and insured in St. Louis and surrounding counties. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and North County Chamber of Commerce. Tim called and said he would be late but he was not he was here to give me a bid but he fix the problem at a reasonable rate and he gave a warranty on his work. He was nice and polite, thank you for sending him.

I was charged $130 to replace a $5 light fixture. Per Ron, I wasn't charged a trip charge because that was my main concern. The guy, Dave, he didn't even have a receipt. He couldn't even itemized the charges for me. He tried to calculate hours using his cell phone when I questioned him about what I was being charged. I feel like I was drastically overcharged and I will not use this service again. I would never refer Synergy to anyone.

"Job was to troubleshoot a washing machine not working, customer believed problem was with hoses. Hourly rates and material charges were explained to customer before work was accepted. Determined washer was overloaded. Customer then requested a troubleshoot of a light. Performed work, obtained part and completed repair. This was a fair price for work provided by a licensed and insured electrician."
