Chad arrived to check the new furnace installation to ensure everything had been installed and was working properly. The new furnace functions differently than our old furnace and we wanted to ensure we were operating the system properly. Chad was very thorough and professional and he explained exactly how the new furnace works and he assured us that everything was working properly. Highly recommend Chad--we will ask for him by name for any future needs. Exceptional!

I contacted this company for an air quality check and the owner, Mr. Clark, came out himself. Mr. Clark was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took time to explain things that might interfere with the air quality and didn't charge me anything for his visit. I will definitely use this company in the future.

We had our house tested for radon. With this company, it is a very simple process. The owner, Jamie Clark, is very impressive and 100% honest. Turns out that our house had a borderline test result, and Mr. Clark advised no action. The radon test cost $75, but it was well worth it for peace of mind. Best of all, you are dealing with a reputable company and a truly honest man. They were excellent!

BEWARE of Synergy Home, LLC. We paid our one-half deposit in October 2018 - over 1 year ago - for installation of solar panels/micro-inverters, radon fan, water heater, and insulation. NO WORK was ever even started, and the owner HAS REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY, even refusing to honor his commitment to abide by the BBB arbitration decision. We are left with no recourse but civil and/or criminal prosecution. If I could leave a minus star review I would. You do NOT want to do business with this company.
