Water Oak Irrigation

I hired these scrubs earlier this year. The manager could not cover expenses and had me advance payment prior to completion. Well not only did they not finish the job. I had to call an irrigation company in to repair the sprinklers and a sod company to finish the job. The new manager advised that we just leave the grass that had managed to grow in. Even though I paid for new sod. Was leaning towards the absolute cheapest materials. And left patches everywhere. Ultimately I was ripped off for a balance around 5,000 dollars. Then had to hire another contractor to actually finish the job Dan Letbetter said he had a 5 star rating and that somehow him not doing what I paid for was my fault. And then tried to ghost me like a millennial on tinder. This idiot digs trenches and glues pvc together and wants to tell me how to run a 700k investment property. I do not recommend this loser and he should not be allowed to rip anyone else off.

They complete the job as quickly and chech and recheck to make sure the system works

Big and challenging project. Sprinkler system is 17+ years old and there were 5+ line breaks. Fixed those, updated sprinkler heads to more efficient ones, and installed a new WiFi sprinkler control system.

Prompt, professional, good communication, and got the job done

Fixed two broken pipes on the sprinkler system and repaired some other sprinklers and inspected entire system. Very knowledgeable and professional. Price was good. Would hire him again. Five stars!

Dan and Charlie helped me in fixing the sprinklers and done their job in no time. They both are knowledgeable and I can recommend them for any sprinkler amd sod related issues

Dan was very thorough and never did not communicate what was being done or what needed to be done. Very incredibly amazed with his customer service !!!!

Dan was awesome to deal with. He showed up on time and the work I requested and then some! He was extremely reasonable too. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others

Great experience. Dan is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. He gave a clear explanation of what we needed and took care of it efficiently. He didn't try to talk us into unnecessary extras. We would highly recommend him.

Was able to come earlier and I was surprised that after so many years, all that was needed was one sprinkler head replacement. Honest, prompt, thorough. Nice people.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Dan explained what needed to be done in detail and went over the work done when completed. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Fantastic experience! Reliable and willing to work with whatever budget you have. I would absolutely recommend Synergy!!

Great service.

We have a number of rentals in the area. Dan responded to our request for quotes. He did a excellent job of inspecting two of our systems and found several major issues and we hired him to do the repairs. Dan is thoughtful and through.
